On 4-5 October 2023, the 31st EEAC Conference took place at the Palace of Parliament, with the support of the Chamber of Deputies of the Romanian Parliament.

The event was coordinated by Mr: László Borbély; State Advisor to the Prime Minister, Coordinator of the Department for Sustainable Development:

• Arnau QUERALT-BASSA, President of the Network of European Advisory Councils for Environment and Sustainable Development;
• Adrian Curaj, Director of UEFISCDI, President of the Advisory Council for Sustainable Development;
• Daniel DUBAS, President of the European Sustainable Development Network;
• Hannah JANETSCHEK, Co-Chair of the Global Forum for National SDG Advisory Bodies;
• Eero YRJO-KOSKINEN, Executive Director Institute for European Environmental Policy;
• Peter GAMMELTOFT, OECD, Associate Professor Copenhagen Business School;

In addition, rectors, vice-chancellors, researchers, representatives from ministries participated.

On behalf of INCDSB participated Mihaela Păun (director general), and Manuela Sidoroff (head of DANUBIUS department).
