Biography

I specialise in plant biology and ecology in a multidisciplinary approach, integrating classical and modern methods to understand and protect biodiversity. My research interests range from assessing changes in the distribution patterns of upland plant taxa driven by climate change, to biodiversity assessment and conservation planning. These include optimising human practices in semi-natural ecosystems in the context of land-use change and climate variability.
