Description

Contract for catering services for the event entitled: Biotechnologies/ Challenges and contributions in the domains of health, climate change, food security to be held on 20.06.2024, at the National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, Rectorate Building, 2nd floor, Senate Hall, from 9-17

The requested catering services consist of:

• Coffee break for 40 participants
  • Coffee (condensed milk, brown sugar and sweetener), tea, still water bottled in 500 ml bottles, mineral water bottled in 500 ml bottles, pastries up to 150 g per person are required for the coffee break.
• Lunchfor 40 participants
  • For lunch, the following are required: mini starters up to 200 g per person, hot dishes up to 150 g per person, dessert up to 80 g per person.
• Providing transport to the location
• Providing the necessary tableware for the event (ceramic plates, stainless steel cutlery, stainless steel/ceramic/glass platters, clinging trays for the serving tray, wicker baskets for buns, waste basket
• Buffet arrangement
• Providing buffet tables and high tables for serving
• Tablecloths for the Swedish buffet
• Flower arrangements according to the space allocated to the buffet
• Ensuring the service of at least one waiter for the duration of the event
• Clear the space where coffee and lunch breaks are held
