National Research and Development Institute for Biological Sciences Bucharest, located in Bucharest, sector 6, Spl. Independenței nr. 296, having as its object research-development, in accordance with HG 2082/2004 for the approval of the Regulation of Organisation and Functioning of INCDSB, announces the competition for a post of scientific researcher grade III (CSIII) - electrochemistry at the Bioanalysis Centre.
The competition is organised in accordance with the provisions of Specific competition rules for filling vacancies corresponding to the research, development and innovation professional functions and grades of CDI staff (ACS, CS, CSIII and CSII/CSI)
- Job title: Research Scientist in Chemistry grade III (CSIII)

- Contract duration: individual employment contract of indefinite duration
- Minimum wage: corresponding to the post - 5200 lei
- Specific job duties:
- executes the work foreseen in the work programmes drawn up by the theme leaders/project managers on which he/she is expected to work, for which purpose:
- summarise the data obtained from the determinations and tests carried out, chronologically, for each topic/project separately;
- periodically informs the theme leader / project manager after each set of determinations on the results obtained, with proposals on how to continue depending on the results obtained;
- transmits the data obtained from the determinations only to the person responsible for the theme and ensures confidentiality and secrecy of the data, as appropriate.
- perform the related work for the drafting or revision of the standards assigned to him;
- draws up the part of the estimate and the note on the basis of the labour for the works to be executed for each theme / project;
- draws up a report at the end of each phase (including the final phase) and submits it to the Theme Manager / Project Director, signed, including the actual expenditure; is responsible for the accuracy of the data contained in the report;
- notifies the theme manager / project manager and the head of the department to which he/she belongs on the malfunctions he/she encounters during the works and makes proposals for remedies;
- assisting in the approval of the research topics / projects in the realisation of which he/she participated;
- signs the research work (intermediate and final phases) in the realisation of which he/she participated;
- proposes participation in further training and specialisation courses;
- proposes to participate in international and national scientific events with research papers it has elaborated;
- participate in trade fairs and exhibitions with products, technologies, competitive methods realised by the department in which he/she works;
- is responsible for the proper functioning of the equipment, installations, machinery that he/she uses in the activity he/she performs;
- is responsible for the realisation on time and in good conditions of the research and technical assistance works to be carried out;
- draws up, together with the authorised specialist, the necessary documentation for the patenting of technologies, products, methods that have been developed and contain elements of novelty worldwide.
