Contract for security services for the protection of goods and valuables with security guards for the Murighiol Research Laboratory (one post), during the period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2026, consisting of 7024 hours of security guarding.
On working days the guard is on duty between 15.00-07.00 and on public holidays and during the staff's rest leave, the guard is on duty 24 hours a day.
- Participation conditions
Security companies must be established and operate in accordance with the relevant legislation in force, taking into account the fact that the provision of the requested services is reserved to a specific profession in accordance with the provisions of Law 333/2003 on the guarding of objectives, goods, valuables and the protection of persons, as amended.
Bidders must submit the security activity licence issued by the IGP with the approval of the SRI in accordance with Law 333/2003, valid at the date of submission of the bids.
